In this course, we'll introduce you to human movement science and the rationale behind corrective exercise. You'll study NASM's innovative corrective exercise continuum.

Next, you'll train in movement assessments, inhibitory techniques, muscle activation techniques, and common musculoskeletal impairments. You'll discover the exclusive processes needed to correct movement dysfunction through the use of inhibitory, lengthening, activation, and integration techniques.
