Student Support

Students also have access to a Student Support department, available to answer questions including but not limited tox:

  • Technical Support
  • Material tracking and/or replacement information
  • Proof of Enrollment and Enrollment questions
  • Transcript requests
  • Customer Service inquiries
  • Extensions
  • Certificates
  • Instructor contact information
  • Refunds
  • Program transfers and substitutions
  • Payment inquiries

Student support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am 5:30pm (Central Time Zone) via phone and email to assist students throughout their enrollment.

Included on this site are resources and tools to assist students with Frequently Asked Questions and an overview of the process and policies that will affect your enrollment in the program.

Enrolled students are assigned to an instructor for one-on-one assistance with the content and curriculum of their program. Instructors are available via phone and email during their office hours which vary by instructor but at a minimum ensure availability 5 days a week and responses to student inquiries within 1 business day.
