JACK FRICK, CIC, CISR, AIS, BA, M.DIV. Instructor, Financial Services Division, 360training.com, Austin, TX Jack Frick serves as Instructor for online Financial Services students, providing the speed and convenience of online training coupled with instant access to a live instructor. Jack has tutored over 1,500 students through the “AskJack” program in the last 4 years with a 95% pass ratio for all participants who have stayed with the program. Jack served as Director of Insurance & Financial Services at 360training, Austin, TX where he directed the expansion of Firm Element, insurance CE and pre-licensing courses. His current position as Instructor and Subject Matter Expert at 360training has allowed him to return to his passion, teaching insurance and working with students. Jack also writes online course curriculum for 360training is a contributing editor for several insurance related texts, conducts classroom courses on Ethics and Money Laundering approved for CE credit in numerous states and recently updated the online TX All Lines Adjuster curriculum, used to train adjusters on 14 states. He also is a certified instructor for 360training.com in number of states, including New York and holds a Life and Health and Property and Casualty insurance license. During his insurance career, Jack served as a Commercial Lines underwriter, Personal Lines underwriter, Safety Engineer, Field Representative and Claims Adjuster. He owned two independent agencies for eight years and taught property and casualty and life licensing schools for 12 years with a 95% pass ratio for 12,500 students. Jack taught a Series 6 and Series 63 licensing course and held a Series 6, 63 and Series 7 securities license. He served as Director or Training and Performance Development for a major regional insurance group that included property and casualty, life & health, and a securities company and has served as an expert witness in several court cases. Prior to joining 360training Jack worked 8 years at the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, the organization that offers the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM) designations. While at the National Alliance he was Director of Operations for CISR, Vice President, Business Development, and Executive Vice President of the Academy for Insurance Education and Research, the research and publishing division of The National Alliance and helped launch the innovative School for Producer Development. Jack recently passed the New York State Law exams and is certified as an Insurance Instructor by the New York Department of Insurance and is point of contact for the New York Licensing course. Jack is a long time member of Toastmasters International and volunteered to teach public speaking for new business owners as well as basic presentation skills for high school students. He has delivered keynote presentations at a variety of business and insurance functions and transitioned to online webinars and seminars.
