Meditec Return Policy

Registration, Course Fees, Shipping and Handling:

1. ONLINE COURSES:



1. Registration Fee: A registration fee of $45.00 is due at the time of enrollment (order). This fee is not refundable.



2. Course Fees: Course fees depend upon which course(s) and/or options are selected:



3. Three day rescission: You may cancel your enrollment (less the registration fee) without any penalty or obligation within three (3) business days of your enrollment date. Simply mail, email, fax, or hand deliver to Meditec, a dated and signed cancellation request. Notice is effective based on the date of postmark, or in the case of an email or fax, the date received by our mail server or fax machine.
   
   
4. Cancellation, Return & Refunds:
   
   
   1. On-line: Once on-line access has been provided allowing full access to a course, no refunds are granted.
   
   
   
   2. Time Limit Expiration: Depending upon the course purchased, the user shall have anywhere from 6 months to 2 years to complete a course or course module. Extensions may be granted upon payment of an extension fee to continue access after the expiration date. No credits or refunds are provided for failure to complete a course within or beyond the expired time limit.
   
   
   


2. eBOOK COURSES:



1. Registration Fee: There are no registration fees for eBook courses.



2. Course Fees: Course fees depend upon which course(s) and/or options are selected:



3. Returns & Refunds: eBooks may not be returned if the original CD-ROM shrink wrap seal or any other product wrappers have been broken. If returnable, all returned materials will be thoroughly inspected and will be subject to a $25.00 handling and restocking fee. Neither prepaid postage nor postage for drop-shipped items will be refunded. The return must be sent by postage-paid mail within five (5) days of receipt, along with a written explanation of the reason for the return. Meditec is not responsible for lost or misdirected items.


3. GENERAL:



1. Course Financing: If a student loan was undertaken from any source, once the lender has approved the loan, and/or the loan is funded, no cancellation or refund will be granted. Under no circumstances shall the borrower receive a refund of any loan proceeds, in full or in part, and the borrower shall be additionally responsible for any service charges or other fees which may be charged by the lender for potential and/or successful cancellation of a loan.



2. Credit Card Disputes: Additional fees may be assessed by Meditec.com for capricious use of dispute options to avoid payment or other provisions of these written polices. See also: Warranty & Guarantee Policy Disclaimer.



3. Shipping and Handling fees are based upon the weight and method of shipment of books, supplies, or equipment, and shall be prepaid by the customer.



4. Failure to Pass or Certify: As with any course of study, the vendor cannot and is not responsible for individual learning, comprehension, and application of the knowledge provided. Failure to pass an examination related to or within the specialty field based on such knowledge and understanding for any purpose shall not be considered reasonable cause for a refund, credit, time limit extension, or for any other purpose.

This policy is effective as of September 19, 2007, and is subject to change without notice. The terms of this disclosure are included and incorporated by reference, into the enrollment agreement.
