Online Course Extension

This online extension order form is provided for enrolled Meditec.com students only. If you are not a currently enrolled student, do NOT use this form. See General Policies

In accordance with your existing Enrollment Agreement, you may purchase up to 12 months of additional time to complete your course by ordering an enrollment extension, if your original enrollment term has expired. Extensions are allocated in blocks of four (4) months each, so you may purchase up to 3 extension blocks. Enrollment blocks are intended to be purchased separately, as to make it easier and less costly as you proceed and hopefully to insure that you do not purchase more time than you need, as unused time within a given block will not be refunded. If you will require more than one extension block to complete your course, each consecutive block must be purchased within 10 business days of the expiration of the previous block(s). Again, you may purchase an extension if the following condition is true:

• If your enrollment has been expired for less than 6 months, you may proceed to order an extension. (Scroll down and click on the blue Add to Cart button to proceed with your order)

DO NOT USE THIS ORDER FORM if your enrollment has been expired for more than 6 months.

• If your enrollment has been expired for more than 6 months, you must submit a written request for an exception to the 6 month grace period. Your request must fully explain your reasons and justifications for why you were unable to complete the course within the original term and why you did not order an extension within the original 6 month grace period. This written request may be submitted by email, but must be received and reviewed by the enrollment department within 1 calendar year from the date of your original enrollment expiration date. Approval for a waiver on the 6 month grace period shall be at the sole discretion of the school and requests received more than 1 year past the original enrollment expiration date will not be considered.
