Online Course Extension

NOTE: This order form is provided for existing Meditec students. This order form provides existing Online Course Enrollments to be extended for an additional four (4) months. This extension does NOT apply to eBook Courses.

If you are NOT currently enrolled in a Meditec Online Training Course, DO NOT USE THIS FORM!

In accordance with your existing Enrollment Agreement, you may extend your online access by four (4) months if one of the following conditions is true:

  • If your current online access account has expired within the past 60 days
  • If your current online access account is about to expire within the next 60 days

DO NOT USE THIS FORM if you are not currently enrolled in a Meditec Online Training Course, or if your access account has been expired for more than 60 days. If your access account has been expired for more than 60 days, you will need to contact your enrollment coordinator directly by phone or email.

The following form cannot be used for split or partial payments and should only be used by those who will be paying their extension fee in full.

Purchase Online Access Account – 4 Month Extension – $300.00*
* A handling fee of $6.00 will be added to this order at the time of processing, bringing the total charge for your extension to $306.00.
NOTE: The order will be processed within 2 business days, so it is not necessary to select RUSH delivery. If you select RUSH delivery, you will be charged an additional $25.00 (for a total of $331.00), but we cannot guarantee that your extension will be processed any faster than 2 business days.
